Household Size

The household size Includes each person who will reside in the home regardless of age and includes unborn children.


Household Income

All income from any income source, including but not limited to, all wages, social security payments, retirement benefits, military and veteran disability payments, welfare and unemployment benefits, and any interest and dividends payments.

The US Department of Housing of Urban Development publishes annual income limits based on household size that are used to determine the maximum household income. The rent program that your household may be eligible for is based on the income limits noted below.
